Cooley LLP’s recently opened Miami office is recruiting Class of 2025 (3L) law students to join our incoming entry level class next fall. Our lawyers solve legal issues for entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies with a significant emphasis on technology, life sciences and other high growth industries. Students who are interested in joining a thriving corporate practice specifically focused on working with clients in the crypto/web3 space should apply for this opportunity. Qualified candidates will have high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school and work experience or a demonstrated interest in crypto/web3 related work. While the annual base salary for the class of 2025 will not be determined until sometime next year, the expected annual pay for this position is $225,000.
