Busy, multi-jurisdictional general practice seeks law students for part-time work during the school year. This is an opportunity for a fully remote, flexible work arrangement of between 5 and 10 hours per week during the fall semester, with potential for extension into spring and summer.

This general practice is extremely broad and law clerks may tailor their experience in accordance with their specific areas of interest in law and personal strengths and skills. Law clerks must be willing to work on both California and Kansas legal disputes. The firm’s current case load has federal and state/local tax law controversy, consumer protection plaintiffs’ claims, contract disputes, Ch. 7 bankruptcy, a regulatory takings case, as well as traffic tickets, including DUI and driving privileges restoration.
