Job Purpose
The Legal Intern will be part of our in-house legal team and will gain hands-on experience in working closely with our legal department to support various legal, compliance, and administrative matters.
Responsibilities
- Research: Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics, including corporate governance, contracts, intellectual property, labor and employment law, compliance, regulatory and other subject matters.
- Contract Management Support: Assist the legal team in the review and management of the Company's contracts.
- Compliance Support: Help the legal team with internal compliance initiatives, including reviewing corporate policies, procedures, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
- Legal Documentation & Filing: Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents and filings for corporate entities, government agencies, or regulatory bodies.
- Corporate Governance: Support the legal team in maintaining corporate governance records, including board meeting minutes, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate filings.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the legal team, including communicating with internal stakeholders, preparing presentations, tracking legal matters, and organizing legal files.
- Ad hoc Projects: Assist with various legal projects and tasks as needed, depending on the company's needs and the intern's experience.

Education and Experience:
- Current pursuing a degree in law, Business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum GPA 3.0
Abilities:
- Strong interest in law, business, economics, international transactions, and/or regulatory matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information clearly.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to review and summarize legal documents.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn in a corporate environment.
