Kuhn Law Group PLLC a boutique intellectual property firm specializing in music copyright enforcement is currently looking to bring on a full-time (~40 hours/week), paid summer associate to work from the end of May though middle of August 2025. Please note that this position is hybrid (M/F: Remote; Tue-Thurs: In-Office).
The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, with prior legal research experience either through a journal or judicial internship, and have a background or demonstrated interest in music copyright law. A familiarity with music copyright law and research, and practical knowledge of the music industry is preferred. Copyright infringement litigation experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a rising 3L, but we will also consider rising 2Ls with exceptional experience.
The successful candidate will also possess the following:
