Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team. The Law Clerk will assist in legal research, drafting documents, and supporting attorneys in various legal tasks.

Duties

- Conduct legal research

- Assist in drafting legal documents including contracts, briefs, and pleadings

- Review and analyze documents for accuracy and compliance

- Support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions

- Collaborate with the legal team on case strategies and preparations

- Assist in fraud prevention detection and mitigation efforts

Qualifications

- 3L law student

- Proficiency in legal drafting and document review

- Familiarity with Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw research platforms

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal documents

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the legal team

This is a paid position that offers valuable experience working with experienced attorneys and gaining insight into various aspects of legal practice.
