About the Role:

Provide legal advice and solutions for clients in estate planning, elder law, and related areas.
Draft detailed legal documents to meet clients' needs.
Review financial records and provide comprehensive legal advice.
Collaborate with staff and oversee non-attorney team members.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional partners.

What We’re Looking For:

Law Clerk candidates awaiting Delaware bar results.
Strong interest in estate planning, elder law, or trust administration during law school.
Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive starting salary of $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
