Position: Legal Intern at Business Law Firm (Unpaid)
Location: New York (virtual)
Duration: Three Months
Expected Hours: 25-30 hours/week (competitive candidates can offer more time)
Salary: Full-time offer and visa sponsorship potential after the conclusion of the internship

We are seeking highly motivated and talented law school students to join our legal team as interns. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate and eager to gain hands-on experience in a real-world legal setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of issues and draft a variety of corporate documents;
- Conduct legal research and draft Inter office memorandums for senior partners;
- Assist in the preparation and review of various legal documents, contracts, and agreements for corporate clients and corporate disputes;
- Assist partners with day-to-day project management and follow-up with clients;
- Collaborate with the legal team on various projects and initiatives;
- Draft articles and blogs on recent developments in the legal industry;
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program and completed at least two years of law school (3L);
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred;
- Law review experience highly preferred;
- Strong academic record and research skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Demonstrated interest in business laws;
- Previous legal internship or related experience is a plus.
