We are excited to offer one 1L student an 8–10 week paid summer associate position in our Minneapolis, MN office for the summer 2025 and the opportunity to work alongside our partner organization, UnitedHealth Group.
Compensation
Our summer associates receive the weekly equivalent to an entry-level associate salary in their respective market/office location. In Minneapolis, this equates to $3,462 per week.
The primary goal of our TCDIP fellowship is to provide one student with a meaningful experience at both Stoel Rives and our partner organization, UnitedHealth Group. Return offers are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, considering our office and practice group needs, anticipated pipeline, and individual performance assessments.”
What We’re Looking For
- Good standing at an ABA-accredited law school.
- Ability to bring a diverse perspective to the firm because of your adaptability, cultural fluency, resilience, and life experiences.
- Demonstrated record of academic achievement, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, leadership, and community involvement.
- U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
- Interest in starting your legal career as a practicing attorney in the Twin Cities area.
