Position Overview:
We are seeking a 2L or 3L law student, or an LLM student who has a strong interest in personal injury law to join our team as a Law Clerk/Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in personal injury litigation, working closely with experienced attorneys on cases at various stages of the legal process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings
Assist in case preparation
Attend depositions, court hearings, and client meetings as needed
Support attorneys in trial preparation and settlement negotiations
Manage and organize case files and documents
Perform other legal and administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
Current 2L or 3L, LLM student at an accredited law school.
Strong interest in personal injury law and litigation
Excellent legal research and writing skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
