The successful candidate will join the HUGO BOSS North America Legal Team, servicing the US and Canada.
This position reports to the Director, Legal Counsel. Responsibilities will include working with legal team on ESG and privacy regulations, supporting legal software initiatives and handling and assisting with conforming legal agreements such as sweepstakes, event agreements, NDA’s and other legal services. This position will work collaboratively with select members of the global legal and compliance teams.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with tracking applicable ESG, consumer protection, data privacy and other regulatory and industry policies, procedures and standards.
- Track ESG deadlines, compile data decide what data is needed, draft reports and file ESG reports for the US and Canada in coordination with the Global Compliance team.
- Manage One Trust Privacy Request Process to ensure all requests are timely completed. Decide if requests have been adequately fulfilled.
- Assist in the development of AI prompts to analyze, compare and summarize new laws and regulations.
- Implementation and management of US portion of the contracts management system, organizing digital and hard copy files and tracking contract termination dates.
- Manage e-billing system, including ability to make decisions regarding billing guidelines and apply them to analyze legal bills.
- Oversee the signing of contracts (electronic systems) follow through and track to ensure signatures have been received and fully executed agreements have been returned. Ensure all relevant parties have received the agreements.
- Confidentiality Agreements (One NDA’s). Draft, review and negotiate, as needed. Train other department on NDA process and procedures.
- Reviewing conformity agreements and ensuring that no material changes have been made.
- Drafting Real Estate related letters/maintenance issues.
- Review lease abstracts and manage lease abstract process.
- Reviewing contracts and answering questions related to agreements.

- Bachelors degree
- 2-3 years experience, preferred
- Paralegal certificate, preferred
- ESG related background or Environmental Sciences degree, preferred
- Privacy background, preferred

The expected base salary range for this position is from $65,000 -$70,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
