We are actively seeking a Legal Intern to join our team in Miami, FL for Summer 2025. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist with reviewing, organizing, and preparing legal documents and contracts
- Help track deadlines, compliance requirements, and deliverables for various agreements and legal obligations
- Gain experience in drafting and reviewing correspondence, memos, and basic contract language
- Be exposed to maintaining corporate records and supporting document management systems
- Participate in team meetings and provide summaries or research findings when requested
- Collaborate with internal departments (such as HR, Accounting, and Project Management) to gather or relay legal information
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy
- Take ownership of personal career development by seeking and providing feedback, seizing opportunities to develop new skills, and setting and pursuing personal goals
Qualifications:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Actively pursuing a degree in Law (J.D.), Pre-Law, Political Science, or a related field
