Job Description Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Legal Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced, in-house legal environment. The intern will assist in a wide range of legal matters, including contract review, regulatory research, intellectual property support, and compliance-related projects. Job Description
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing legal documents and contracts
- Conduct legal research on relevant regulatory and compliance issues
- Help manage the company’s legal and contract database
- Support ongoing legal projects, including litigation, IP, and corporate governance
- Attend internal meetings and assist in preparing legal memos and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, and Operations on legal matters
Qualifications
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in corporate, commercial, or in-house legal work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

The anticipated compensation range is
18.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
