Revill Law Firm is looking for a Law Clerk to join our team in our mission to advocate for the criminally accused. The role involves providing litigation support tasks including brief writing, legal research, preparing affidavits, corresponding with clients, drafting motions, sentencing memorandums, and various other relevant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work under the guidance of experienced trial attorneys.
- Conduct complex legal research for the trial team.
- Draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.
- Review and research various legal issues.
- Prepare affidavits and interact with clients.
- Inform attorneys on legal issues and theories.
- Assist in all phases of litigation.
- Utilize Westlaw and demonstrate proficiency in blue book citing.
Qualifications:
- JD degree or currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school.
- Proficiency in Westlaw legal research tools.
- Strong experience in cite checking and blue book.
- Skilled in complex legal research.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
- Collaborative and independent work ethic.
- Strong analytical skills and punctuality.
