THE ROLE
Temenos is looking for two students for an in-house legal internship/externship program to participate in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of software and cloud services as well as professional services agreements, and other customer-facing contracts relating to the company’s suite of products aimed at the financial services industry. The student also will research legal questions and participate in providing advice to operational and sales teams regarding a multitude of issues arising in the contract negotiation process, including most notably data security issues and risk management.
The student will work in close cooperation with the Legal Team and be able to gain insight into other legal support activities, including
the areas of human resources, marketing, IT, and procurement.

- J.D. (1L or 2L) or LL.M. candidate.
Duration & Compensation
- 10 weeks (June 2025 to August 2025).
- Based on a Forty (40) hour work week you will be paid $25.00 per hour USD.

LOCATION:
This role will be hybrid, with flexibility for in-office and remote work. The intern/extern will be based out of Temenos’ offices located in Manhattan, NY, or Malvern, PA.
