Our full-time summer internship starts in mid-May 2025 and ends in August 2025. It affords an opportunity to learn about legal documentation and apply analytical, problem-solving, technical and communication skills to the digitization and completion of corporate records.

The Role

The intern will assist various members of the Legal Department in ensuring that documents within our IronClad system are sorted, organized, and stored properly.

Responsibilities Include

Implement, review and maintain current record management systems and documentation.
Verify appropriate documentation ensuring that company data is secure and maintaining confidentiality of classified information.
Analyze, summarize and generate reports on the data.
Strong Microsoft Office (MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel) skills.
Previous experience with IronClad highly preferred.
Associates degree or the completion of two years of undergraduate education.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized with terrific attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated communication (verbal/written) skills.
Ability to interact effectively with a diverse audience as well as work independently.
