Morgan Properties is seeking a college student to intern with our Legal department for the Summer of 2025. Our Legal Intern will gain experience in a fast-paced environment with a variety of day-to-day responsibilities.
This is a paid internship starting on May 19th and ending August 15th. This position is based out of our brand-new office in Conshohocken with a schedule of Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
What you will be doing:
- Research local, county, and state-required licenses, registrations, and certifications for each property.
- Coordinate with corporate departments and site teams to gather copies of all current licenses, registrations, and certifications.
- Develop and maintain a detailed log of all property-specific licenses, registrations, and certifications, including expiration dates and associated fees.
Education, Qualifications and Experience:
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited university or college.
- Must be a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in good academic standing.
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Pre-Law, Criminal Justice or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
