• Reviewing and organizing a variety of contracts, including supply, clinical trial and vendor agreements
• Reviewing NDAs
• Researching a broad range of questions related to marketing, research and clinical activities, employment, data privacy, patent and trademark, and foreign law
• Assisting with compliance initiatives and processes, including drafting policies and trainings, researching and summarizing novel issues, understanding regulations, guidance, and advisory opinions, and researching federal enforcement actions and settlements
• University student pursuing J.D. or LL.M degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment and meet deadlines
