Wilson Sonsini’s Accelerated Consideration for Employment (ACE) program is an opportunity for applicants with a serious interest in our firm to get a decision from us on an earlier timeline. Through ACE, candidates who have thoroughly researched and are confident in their choice can start the application process earlier and move through quickly.

ACE applications are open until May 17th and we are reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Screening interviews begin on May 27th and callback interviews begin on June 2nd. Please contact us if you need an earlier response. You will need to submit your Fall Semester grades as part of this application, and we’ll collect Spring Semester grades at a later time.

Wilson Sonsini offers exciting opportunities for summer associates to work closely with leading technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as companies across industries. We are seeking current 2L law students (JD 2027) interested in joining Wilson Sonsini as part of the 2026 Summer Program. Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials as well as excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Compensation & Benefits

2026 summer associate compensation will be competitive with comparable major law firms in the area. (Our 2025 summer associates will be paid at the rate of $4,327 per week.)
Employees in this role are eligible to enroll in group medical insurance coverage.
