Potential projects may include, but are not limited to:

Creating and editing contracting guides for external departments
Coordinating and improving the company processes and systems
Designing and implementing a legal or compliance training program
Completing a commercial contract template analysis and providing recommendations
Determining ways to integrate Generative AI and other new technologies into our existing processes
Projects proposed and designed by the intern to help them gain requested experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing simple contractual documents and providing advice to supervisors
Aiding compliance audit activities
Performing basic legal research on corporate topics (People and Culture, Contracts Law, or Regulations)
Probing current processes with an eye for process improvement and efficiencies
Tasks proposed by the intern to help them gain requested experience

Education and Experience:

Completing Undergraduate Degree
Experience reading and writing for deep understanding
Capability to learn and understand complex corporate processes
Desire to learn more about legal and compliance topics in a corporate context
Innovative and willing to respectfully speak-up when problems arise
Experience with Data Analytics, Large Language Models, and Generative AI preferred
