The Intern will be responsible to fulfill the predefined goals of his/her internship.

This is a hybrid role located in our Bohemia, NY office(in office 1-2 days a week)

What you will accomplish together with us:

Support the team in dealing with legal matters from various areas of commercial law, civil law, and compliance
You actively manage our contract database
You will be actively involved in the drafting and review of contracts
You will be responsible for the preparation of internal notes, expert opinions, and decision templates
You will participate in internal and external meetings in this area

Currently studying at a university or university of applied sciences
Ability to understand complex economic and legal contexts
Ability to grasp and present facts clearly and precisely.
Good communication skills and an independent way of working

Compensation for this position will be a base salary of $18.00/hour.
