Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Law degree, or law school student

Responsibilities

Under supervision, assists attorneys with the litigation process.
Reviews work of paralegals and clerks.
Prepare all documents related to the litigation process to include drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, etc.
Screens documents for privilege.
Performs other duties as assigned.
