Job Title: Summer Legal Intern (hybrid)

Job Overview :

The Safe-Guard summer legal internship provides a current second year law student substantive legal work experience, wide-range of learning opportunities and projects, exposure to corporate culture in a unique industry. The internship will be a paid internship and will be a hybrid position. Safe-Guard's corporate office is located in Atlanta (Two Concourse Parkway, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30328).

Job Responsibilities:

Provide general support to Safe-Guard's legal and compliance department.
Assist with negotiations and drafting of contracts to support the needs of the business.
Support a wide range of legal department work, which may include legal research, marketing reviews, revising and drafting customer forms, litigation and complaints support and regulatory tracking.
Participate in meetings with internal business partners to see how the legal department supports the Safe-Guard business.

Job Requirements:

Must complete 2nd year of law school by May 2025 and have a history of academic excellence.
