FN America offers a full-time, paid summer internship program to students that will provide interns with a practical real-world, career-related experience within a professional setting. Our program offers an opportunity for students to apply the knowledge and theories learned in the classroom to the world of work. Our goal is to ensure that interns have a productive and positive learning experience.

As a Legal Intern, You Will

Assist the legal team with contract drafting and reviews; litigation matters; intellectual property prosecution, and monitoring, and enforcement. Review government contracts and draft, edit, and prepare subcontracts.
Review marketing and advertising materials.
Learn and apply practical legal and business contractual concepts; intellectual property enforcement basics; government and commercial contract fundamentals; legal writing for both legal and business audiences.

Preferred Degree Program: First- or second-year law student

Internship Program Dates: May 19-August 1, 2025 (11 weeks)

Internship Schedule: Full-time hours (40 hours per week)

Eligibility

The Legal Intern Must

Be a full-time enrolled student, in good standing with an accredited educational institution.
Be an undergraduate (rising Junior or senior) or graduate student.
Have a 2.8 GPA or higher with no academic or corrective action on record.
