Key Responsibilities

Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly
Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
Manage front desk coverage as part of a rotating schedule
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
Mail documents
Maintain a tidy and professional reception area, including break room
Assist with scheduling conference rooms and client appointments
provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and other staff
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Organize and assemble case binders and trial materials
Manage physical and digital case files; scan and upload documents
Support case prep and document production tasks as assigned
Communicate with clients via phone and email
Perform general administrative tasks (e.g., data entry, calendaring, client follow-ups)
Complete a minimum of 15 hours of billable legal support work each week
Order supplies, put away supplies, and maintain office kitchen
Other duties as assigned

Knowledge And Skills Required For The Position Are

Prior experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (Filevine, Word, Mac Products)
