Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth legal research on criminal statutes, case law, and procedural rules.

• Draft persuasive legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and correspondence.

• Assist in trial preparation, discovery, and strategy development.

• Analyze and summarize legal documents, evidence, and case files.

• Organize and maintain case materials, exhibits, and filings.

• Support attorneys with court submissions and document preparation.

• Attend client meetings, depositions, and court proceedings as needed.

Who You Are:

• A current law student, recent graduate, or holder of a law degree from an accredited institution.

• Skilled in legal research and writing, with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal databases.

• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.

• Able to work independently while thriving in a high-energy, collaborative e environment.

• Prior experience in criminal law is a plus, but a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are essential.
