We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented 3L law student to join our Palo Alto office as a Law Clerk for a 2-year clerkship. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Immigration Law Clerk based in Palo Alto, CA. The Law Clerk will be responsible for legal document preparation, communication with clients and authorities, conducting research, and writing. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to business immigration law processes and procedures.

Qualifications

Legal background with strong knowledge of law
Experience in Legal Document Preparation
Excellent Communication skills
Proficient in Research and Writing
Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in business immigration law is a plus
J.D. and planning to become a licensed attorney
